Keepers of the Faith...
In normal fashion Red Sox Nation is in tatters over there 1-3 deficit to the Cleveland Indians. Every player, every comment, every move (or non-move) is under the watchful eye of RSN. And all I can do is sit back and listen to every Armchair GM in RSN and laugh.
My friends the world is not ending and more importantly my faith and yours as a Red Sox fan should not sway. This is...

Could Some One Clarify The Strike Zone?
As most of you have read my posts you know I am a homer! I love the Red Sox no doubt. So please don't take this is a rant or an excuse.
But what was home plate umpire Brian Gorman looking at last night...clearly about 12 pitches to both the Red Sox and Indians were AWFUL calls!
Travis Hafner had two pitches called strikes that hung off the plate, and Coco crisp had a pitch...

Big Offy vs. Midge
I was glancing over my favorite sports pages online today and came across this clip from the Cleveland Plain Dealer...
Readers, here's your chance to give the Boston Red Sox a taste of the Jake's midge medicine. CUT OUT this mask, ATTACH IT to a stick or run a RUBBER BAND through the holes ? and help scare the buzz out of Boston tonight!
Now clearly some teams tend to latch...

Red Sox Nation...Spreading like the plague!
Red Sox Nation also known as the Red Sox fan base is massive. Red Sox Nation began growing in 2003, when the team reached the playoffs for the first time since 1999. It exploded after the Sox won the World Series in 2004 for the first time since 1918, after surprising the Yankees in the American League Championship Series by becoming the first baseball team to win a seven-game series...

In case you haven't noticed, the Indians have managed to win a few ball games!
Ouch my pride...
Cleveland Indians you were good when it counted!
Watching the end of the ALCS game 2 game last night was torturous for anyone in Red Sox Nation. And probably no worse than for Theo Epstein. Here's 3 reasons why.
1. Trot Nixon
2. Eric Gagne
3. J. D. Drew
Although I would like to take out my soapbox and stand up...

A Foulke Song; The Keith Foulke Comeback...
Last night was a great start for the Red Sox and their ALCS series with the Cleveland Indians!
The last time the Red Sox looked this good was in 2004 and not to be forgotten Keith Foulke was as dominant a closer as anyone had seen in the postseason.
Gordon Edes from the Boston Globe reported that Keith Foulke who had retired with Cleveland at the beginning of this...
