Saving the Enemy
Okay, maybe "enemy" is a strong word, but Tony Gonzalez saved the life of a hugeChargers fan the other day. I guess he didn't have time to interview the guy beforehand and see what team he likes. ;)Really, though, what a great story. Tony, you are officially a hero on and off of the field. Good work!

I know a lot of people are freaked out by it, but I can't wait to check out the Bodies Revealed exhibit. Call it morbid fascination if you want, but it's really cool. I saw a similar exhibit before, and it was fascinating. Bodies are the one thing we can all relate to, after all. :)

We Could Have Gone Far
We had a 10-6 record and didn't make the Playoffs. I felt we played like a playoff caliber team but I guess it wasn't enough. I am hoping to see the Steelers beat the Broncos and Seattle beats the Carolina Panthers. Pittsburgh and the Seahawks in the Super Bowl will be an exciting match up.

Looking like we'll have a rookie at quarterback, which screams "lackluster performance" for the coming season...the plus side is a solid support network - of course, all eyes will be on the offensive line.
