Kevin Sims scored 18 points and Robinson Louisme recorded a double-double to lead Tulane in a 73-64 win over East Carolina on Wednesday night. Brock Young led the Pirates (12-11, 4-6) with 21 points, and Chris Turner had 11. Young was 3-for-3 from beyond the arc.
