2012 Schedule is posted
Hi Finatics!
As most of you rabid football fans already know, the NFL 2012 Regular Season Schedule was released yesterday. The NFL.com site has a pretty good preliminary analysis of how Miami will do this season. Of course, I think we all need to see how the draft shapes up and what they lookl like AFTER they put on their pads. One thing is for sure, I think this team will be...

Dolphins: Dallas Out, Green Bay In
Today, the Miami Dolphins have named Mike Sherman offensive coordinator, ousting Brian Daboll. Sherman was the head coach of Green Bay from 2000 - 2005. During his tenor, he had a decent record, bringing the Packers to the playoffs 4 years, and with an overall record of 59 - 43. Sherman departed Green Bay for Texas A&M in 2005 when the Packers finished the season with...

Tony's Goodbye
Despite what some Finatics think about his performance, his exit statement below was classy and respectful. Good luck Tony wherever your new football life leads you.
Statement issued through his agent, Jimmy Sexton:
“I want to take this opportunity to thank the Miami Dolphin organization, my players and coaches and our fans for all the help they gave me during my time in Miami...

Pure Pride - All Right Miami!
It was just appropriate and meant to be.
On the day that legendary Dolphins player and broadcaster Jim Mandich was inducted to the Dolphins Ring of Honor, the 2011 Dolphins played a game that Jim would have loved to see and would be proud. This is a game where the cold green lizards (Heinikens) would still be popping.
After the crushing 18 - 15 OT defeat to Denver and Tebow in...

KC will not go down easy!
Let me start by saying that I really stink at predictions this year. I am at the bottom of my football pool with no hope in site. I was so desperate for a win last week that I stole Chris Collingsworth's Inside the NFL picks, who promptly had one of his worst weeks. I am a lost Finatic in a lost season.
That disclaimer aside, I really think that this is the week for a Dolphins...

Just Silly Stuff
I think I have figured out the reason for the downward spiral of the 2011 Miami Dolphins. Ever since Coach Sparano started losing weight, we have started losing more games.
Soultion? Finatics, Feed Sparano! Remember Feed the Wolf? Now it's Feed Sparano. The more he eats and gains the weight back, the more games we will win.

Dolphins 18-15 Loss is a Nightmare at Sun Life
Happy Halloween one week early, and it certainly was no Thriller.
It's 15-13 and the Broncos are going for two. Is there anyone in the stadium and watching on TV that knows that a Tebow run is coming? Apparently Mike Nolan and Coach Sparano did not.
At least that's what Kendall Langford said in the Palm Beach Post yesterday. Check out the link below:
