CHICAGO (AP)The NFL has agreed to have six of its Thursday night games this season broadcast on local TV.

John Wooden hospitalized in grave condition
LOS ANGELES -- Former UCLA basketball coach and Hall of Famer John Wooden has been hospitalized in Los Angeles, the school said late Thursday night.

The Padres Will end the Month of May in 1st
With two days left in May and a two game lead in the western division the Padres will end May at worst with a tie for first place in the Division. What a great first two months of the season!
