Delonte West Needs Money
...Until yesterday, the Cavs had a shaky ball-handler at the point and scoring guards who could barely score for themselves and never involved teammates in the process. Delonte West didn't fit well at the 1, surely not worth starter's money as he needed to be replaced by a "pure point", or at least somebody who could handle a trap.
Now it's all changed. Suddenly...

Cavs 19th pick
Giving me the old Re-do, eh?I think it's fair, since every mock draft is now scrambling to re-adjust their picks. Before the news broke that he's going back to school, I would have without a doubt picked Ty Lawson (Not Brandon Rush as many of you assumed), for the span<span class="...

Charles Barkley Likes to Gamble
Charles Barkley is masturbating for charity.
At least, he might as well be. All the know-it-alls who just knew he couldn't keep from gambling need a little perspective. Charles Barkley is doing what we all do and he's being more successful than most of us.

Lakers vs Celtics - Who do you like?
Do the Celtics have a shot?
Seriously, is there a single facet where they have the edge? Is there any x-factor that can hope for that the Lakers don't easily neutralize?
Is this Lakers in 4 going to be even more convincing than Spurs over Cavs?

It was a good call!
The refs and the league want to see the game decided by the players, not a whistle. I know that, you know that, the players know that.
Derek Fisher did technically foul Brent Barry, but as long as we all know the league's stance and what to expect, it's a perfectly level, fair playing field. Get over it.

Chad Ford is still an idiot
I really need to stop reporting on real events and just make up rumors like the Chad-ster. The Cavs trade half their team for the shell of a man that used to be Jermaine O'Neal? Yikes.

The Ascent (Cavs win Game 6)
Game 6 was Lebron at his best. Almost. Game 7, in hostile territory will be epic, either in success or failure, but first the Cavs had to get there.

Optimist or Pessimist?
The Cavs showed they can hang with the Celtics at home.
OR
The Cavs blew their best chance to steal home court.
Either way, the series is 1-0 and Game 1 was UGLY.

"Hands down, mans down"
It doesn't matter if you or I know what that means, just so long as Delonte West does and Lebron is willing to let Delonte spread it like gospel.
The Wizards brought everything they had in Game 4 and took and it chalked up the win anyway.
Can the Wizards come back from 3-1 down?
"Do I think they can do it?" Lebron asks. "No."

Nothing to see here folks! (Cavs thumped)
Biggest win in Wizards playoff history.
Biggest loss in Cavs playoff history.
And it's all on the script. Did anybody think the on again, off again Cavs would go into Washington and take this one? No, but nobody thought it would be this bad.

Series over! (Cavs 2-0)
Game 3 will be a different story, but I think we've seen the real Wizards, and they're a team of excuses, talk, and shortcomings, not a team that will be playing in 2 weeks.
In game 2 the Cavs played a complete game; one so brilliant, the one man show could sit most of the 4th quarter. Maybe he needed the R&R after a cheap shot from Brendan Haywood sure to merit at...
