Stassi Goes to the Phillies in Round 33 of MLB Draft

RENO, Nev. - Former Nevada baseball standout Brock Stassi was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 33rd round of Major League Baseball's First-Year Player Draft today. Stassi was selected in the 44th round by the Cleveland Indians in 2010, but chose not to sign and returned to Nevada for his senior season.

CHINA – Reach USA ended its nine game trip to China splitting two games with a squad from Brazil. The team dropped a 106-105 game then followed that with a 90-82 victory in the final game of the trip to go 6-2-1. Reach USA was 5-1-1 in its series with Lithuania Atletas.
