LB Timmons Gets Five-Year Deal Worth $50 Million
The Steelers have signed another key part of their defense, as the team has inked inside linebacker Lawrence Timmons to a five-year, $50 million contract extension. The deal comes with $18 million in bonuses.

Taylor Breaks Thumb; Could Miss a Few Weeks
Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor broke his left thumb in the first quarter of the Steelers loss to the Redskins Friday night, and could miss a couple of weeks of action. Steelers Add Former Jets WR Jerricho Cotchery with a One-Year Deal
