The Browns Draft Moves….
There was a great article from the freep.com that gave credit to the Browns moves in last years’ draft.? The selection of Joe Thomas as the number three selection did have a great impact on their offensive line.??? The move was thought of as a suprise to National Pundits, but most Cleveland...

LONG TIME NO POST–BROWNS 6-4 :) :)
Well, we lost to the patriots and then we ripped off three victories in a row (a first for us in a while) against Miami, St. Louis, and Seattle.
Then we had to face our old foes (they don’t think it is a rivalry, but it hasen’t been until last year that they evened up the overall [...]

Go to the NFL Website and Vote for Derek and Jamal
Currently, DA is going head to head with Carson Palmer as the best (Air) QB of the week and Jamal Lewis is beating W Parker and A Gore as the (Ground) RB of the week.
Make sure you go vote (for the Browns) here.

The statistics don’t lie; we should not win. But…
?
wouldn’t it be sweet if we did.? I mean the storyline fits for an upset.? In college football this year upstets are plenty.? Our offense was overlooked by National Media and other football fans, and rightfully so in this “What have you done for me lately” sports world.?
?Som...

Offense Shines, Defense Holds on; Browns Win
Leigh Bodden got the best of CJ, who did jump into the Dawg Pound ( I love his TD celebs ) as he made a great move to intercept Palmer with 0:21 left and the Browns hold on to beat the Bengals.Â
Woof Woof Woof.

Thanks Brian Hoyer, Browns Fan and Michigan State Quarterback
But if I may ask, “Who the hell cares about Brian Hoyers Opinion?” As I sit and wonder who the hell cares about my opinion
Brian said he “cringed” when his beloved Cleveland Browns selected Brady Quinn in April. Chris Mackinder from Gang Green aparently thought this is...

The Browns beat the Ravens; Next Up the Undefeated Patriots
I think this post from Gordon Gibb says it all about last weeks victory and the upcoming game versus the patriots
“The Browns should certainly be riding high coming off a second consecutive division win … Winning a game at home, and then having to go to New England isn't much of a reward....

The Browns Answer MY Questions— Getting Shellacked By The Steelers
Since we have come back in 1999, this is usually what everyone sees when we play the steelers and Sunday was no different. I am not going to give a recap but I am going to borrow a few clips from Neal over at Die Hard Steel.
“Cleveland's first series was a complete disaster, as they [...]

Breaking News–Frye Traded; Dorsey Signed
My fantasy league operator tipped me off to this story and it is already on the Browns Official Website, Quarterback Charlie Frye has been traded to Seattle for an undisclosed draft pick.
In a second move, they resigned Ken Dorsey whom they let go just before the beginning of the season.Â
I will ha...

Browns–Back to their old ways; Outcoached and Uninspired, Lose to Raiders
The Bengals defense sucks, that is the only way to explain our lone victory in these first three games. Against tougher defenses, we cannot cut it.
Our defense, is not much better. I did not see any Todd Grantham temper tantrums this weekend and I should have.
How could you not coach the play...

58-48 Part II. Browns in the lead…so far
I was driving from New York during the last 58-48 game, with my wife and I could barely get the radio reception. The Browns did not win that game, but today we’re winning…as of the half.
Every offensive player is doing well, especially Winslow, Cribbs and Jurevicius. Joe knows how impo...

Browns Beat the Jets 8-5
The Browns (Joe Jurevicius actually) held on to (two onside kicks) win!! The offense is stellar and I am looking forward to pro bowl selections this weekend. We should have some representation!!
The defense looked better against the Jets mid-ranked offense. They still gave up some very big play...

Cleveland VS. Cincinnati– An Ohio Tradition
Here is a great blog post about Paul Brown and his impact on pro football in Ohio.
Eric Steinbach will face his old team tomorrow, as will Rob Smith.? According to this post on cincinnati.com, he always got along good with the Browns players.? And he was not so well recieved by the [somewhat cocky...
