Sam Querrey has reached the final of the Pilot Pen tournament, beating Argentina's Jose Acasuso 6-3, 6-4. Acasuso became so frustrated in the second set he repeatedly smashed his racket on the court. Saturday's semifinal was played at Yale's indoor Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center because of the remnants of tropical storm Danny. The match originally was scheduled for Friday. Querrey will play for the title Saturday night.
