Serena Williams spoke to the media as she is set to make her debut playing the Brisbane International tournament. “I decided to come to Brisbane which is really cool and I’ve never been here, said Williams. “My goal this year is to go to places that I’ve never been before and this is one city I’ve never been to.” She addressed the  incident during the US Open final when chair umpire Eva Asderaki ruled that her yell of “come on!” after hitting a forehand was a hindrance and gave a point to her opponent Samantha Stosur.
