This weekend is packed with losts of Davids Cup action, with the USA starting off their campaign against Switzerland today 10 February, 2012 in Fribourg.
The competition will begin first with the singles on Friday and then the doubles on Saturday, starting at exactly 8:30 am ET.
Switzerland will feature Roger Federer, who is currently ranked no.3 in the world. This will be the fourth the two sides are meeting in the same competition, with the USA having 2-1 win on aggregate.
In 2009 in Birminghan, the Americans defeated Switserland. The Americans have won the Davids Cup 23 times but their last encounter in July 2011 ended in the quarterfinals when they lost to Spain.
USA lost to the Swiss in 2001 on home grounds. Will it be a repeat of that defeat or the team USA will will continue their dominance over the Swiss?
