World no. 17 John Isner pulled a surprise when beat world no. 3 and 16-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer 4-6, 6-3, 7-6⁴, 6-2 at the Davids Cup last Friday.
Federer did not drop a serve in first set, winning it by 4-6. Then the unthinkable happened in the second set, with Isner winning it 6-3. Isner also won the third and fourth sets 7-6⁴ and 6-2 respectively.
