WORCESTER, Massachusetts – Venus Williams is returning to Fed cup play this weekend when the US takes on Belarus. She and US Fed Cup Captain Mary Joe Fednandez held a news conference on Wednesday. Here is the official transcript: THE MODERATOR:  I want to welcome Venus Williams and Davis Cup Captain Mary Joe Fernandez.  First question, please. Q.  Talk about how you’re feeling, how you’ve been preparing.
