Canadian player makes a different sort of history at U.S. Open
Frank Dancevic made history last week. It wasn't the great kind, like Novak Djokovic has been writing this year, nor was it the bad. Let's call it somewhere in the middle.
By winning his third qualifying match at the U.S. Open and playing his way into the main draw, the 26-year-old Canadian became the first man to ever qualify for all four Grand Slams in a single calendar...

Keepin Cool. Frank Dancevic in New Fila for Men.
Canadian Frank Dancevic jazzed up the courts at the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Champ- ionships in Newport wearing this look, one of my recent favs, a great choice for a killer hot day.
Pictured above is the Fila Center Court Polo, $60. Dancevic paired it with the Center Court short, $45 with accents of the same Turkish Sea blue. The shirt is all white on the back.

Frank Dancevic seems to like Indianapolis, and we seem to like that bandana he’s wearing. Sporting American colors at The Indy Tennis Championships, the Canadian won a big battle in the quarterfinals, avenging his 2007 Indy final loss to looker Dmitry Tursunov 3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2.

Won My First Match in Melbourne

Andy Roddick Is Bad At Making Excuses
So you're Andy Roddick, you're supposedly America's one true hope for a dominant tennis player, the next great one in the mold of Pete Sampras and you've been a total disappointment. What do you do when you continue to lose inexplicably to inferior competition? You make ridiculous excuses.
Roddick, who is currently No. 5 in the ATP rankings, was in to the semifinals...
