I don't know what this sign is supposed to mean, and clearly Juan Ignacio Chela doesn't either. Perhaps it is a sign for a massage room? Or maybe a sign for a conjugal visit room, but what would Chela be doing in a jail? I *think* it was a sign on a bathroom door...
