It will be a year of redemption for Lolo Jones, after a devastating fall in the women’s 100m hurdles final at the Beijing Games in 2008. In the time since, she’s been working towards a gold medal finish at the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games in London. Though she was plagued with injuries over the past few years, Jones is poised to return in full force. To recognize the efforts of the world class hurdler, active-lifestyle magazine, Outside, has named her ”Comeback Athlete of the Year.”
