Came across this article about the Buffalo Bills first stadium, "The Rockpile". It gives a interesting history of the stadium, and it's fun to see how different stadiums are today. Check out the link for an interesting read and photos.

Suprised with the release of veterans Coy Wire and Anthony Thomas. Wire was not a full-time starter, but a hard worker and a definite fan favorite. A-Train may have hit a crossroads due to the emergence of Fred Jackson. Obviously, Marshawn Lynch is a superior back, and is poised for a Pro-Bowl season. The Bills have a strong 1-2 punch for the running back position. Wish the best for the released players. Check out the link for all information.

Hey Buffalo area Bills fans. Are you a member of the 12th Man? Keep the support going by joining the Buffalo Bills Booster Club. Mr. Ralph Wilson, president of the Buffalo Bills, is going into his 49th year with the club. Mr. Wilson was a direct factor in the development of the AFL, along with the subsequent NFL merger. Mr. Wilson has made efforts to sustain the Buffalo Bills in a small-market economy. Mr. Wilson also contributes to the Miami Research Project for spinal cord injuries. Mr. Wilson has earned the respect and prestige a Hall of Fame membership would support.

Buffalo Bills and Colorado St. University web sites have announced the departure of Bills Offensive Coordinator (Steve Fairchild) to Colorado St. University to become their head football coach. Steve Fairchild is a former CSU quarterback and offensive coordinator.

CNN is reporting Kevin Everett is now able to walk independently. Congratulations to Kevin Everett for this achievement. I would like to note the superb assistance he received from Buffalo Bills physicians, and Ralph Wilson for his involvement with the Miami research project.
