Should be some great fighting this weekend. One of my guys Mike Cook the heavyweight champ from BET's Iron Ring will be fighting.

I will probably be fighting the winner of the Smith vs Lawler fight later this year. My hand has been cleared by 3 different doctors and I can now get back to training.

MMA teaches discipline and respect. It teaches you about yourself and makes you a stronger person. I do recommend proper headgear and gloves especially for the younguns.

Wild Cats is a children's mixed martial arts (MMA) program guiding our youth from the ages of 5 to 15 years.

Wild Cats MMA is mix of all full contact styles in sports combat. Those styles included Muay Thai/kickboxing, wrestling, boxing, judo/jiu-jitsu, submission grappling and Shamrock Submission Fighting. The curriculum and ranking system combines the discipline and respect we have come to expect from any martial art. The goal of the program is growth, guidance, and proper behavior of our children whether it be in the classroom, with adults and peers, or in a self defense situation.

Spider was on my reality show "School of Hard Knocks" and had his first "pro" fight last weekend at Cage Combat. He took the fight with only 2 days notice. It was back and forth but out of nowhere came a flying knee getting him his first win.

I made a video last night of my thoughts on the fight.. thanks for all the well wishes and support.

Beyond the broken hand.. I had to get 6 stitches on the left side of my head and I think I have toenail cuts on the right side of my neck. That's what caused the scrape on the right side of my face during the fight. All in all it was a good fight.. would have been better to win.

Bill Goldberg stopped by the gym last Tuesday to film some of my training. They will be showing these snippets in between shows on Showtime.

Before the try-outs this past Saturday, I was doing some high altitude training. The face mask simulates being up in the mountains. I will be doing this a couple of times a week to see how it works out.

Hope you guys had a chance to watch Mo's fight last night. I was in his corner and everything went as planned. Duke is a tough kickboxer, so it was imperative to get him off his feet.

Training has been going very well for the Cung fight. Goldberg will be coming out to the gym this week to film some of my training. I might try to get him to show me some prowrestling moves.

Haven't had a chance to hop on the Internet as much with all the training. I will try to get some more videos up over the next couple of weeks.
