The runner-up in the Kentucky Derby was immediately euthanized. Big Brown was favored to win, and did; unfortunately, Eight Belles, which was trying to become only the fourth filly to win the historic race, broke both front ankles shortly after crossing the finish line, and she was subsequently put down without delay.

The ump working home during Sunday Night Baseball got smacked in the face with a ball, and he was mic'd up when it happened. You know the rest.

Baseball itself may be enjoyable on the whole, but the highlights are all pretty much the same. Home runs, acrobatic double-play throws, the occasional play at the plate... snooze. But this highlight includes one player literally jumping overtop of another player. I wonder if Isiah Thomas has already inked him to a long-term contract?

Monkey or chimpanzee? Karate or kung fu? Who cares. Either way, this little guy would quite literally kick your a$$.
