Quarterback Questions
Week 3 is in the fantasy books and golly, what an interesting week it was. Last time we (I) wrote, I focused a little bit on my boyish good looks but mainly on unheralded quarterbacks - and it's a damn good thing I did. What, in the name of Bill Belichick, is going on with starting quarterbacks in this league?
I'm not going to go off on another tangent on quarterbacks, because I did that last week. I will say this: if you took my advice on Derek Anderson, you're somewhat content with the reports that "Tom"
Brady Quinn (credit to Edwin Wilbert, a former standout high school quarterback himself) is taking extra snaps this week in practice, because like I suggested, you went out and picked him up for insurance purposes. After another terrible start from Anderson Sunday, the news is out that Romeo Crennel has Anderson on a very short leash. If you're an Anderson owner and you're not concerned yet, then you're probably not concerned about nuclear warfare, global warming, the economy, Britney Spears' children, etc. It's like being a journalism major and not being concerned about getting a job out of college... wait what? You get the idea I hope.
Let's hit up the mailbag and answer one of the questions I got today:
Jimmy, I didn't take your advice and now I'm stuck with Derek Anderson as my starter while my backup has a bye week this week! What should I do?
