WHAT A GAME!!!! 17-14

Well the game started kinda slow and boring and I found myself more excited about the commercial breaks then the actual game, until 1 minute and 59 seconds in the forth. After Eli Manning had 3 of New England players on him....one even had a hold on his jersey and he still managed to get away to throw that ball for that TD.....which brings me to that 1minute and 59 secs i told you about, that was my pick me up!!! The disbelief in the New England players eye's who were sitting on the sideline thinking they had a free ride to Victory (lol) think again because when Mr.Plaxico Caught that TD that sent NE into to sock..... I knew the game was over......the team with the 18-0 the only team in NFL History to do that..will be remembered for that Great run.... but the GIANTS will always be known for the team who stopped that 19-0 chance!!

GOOD GAME GUYS!!!!!

I'm SO SAD :(

GreenBay should have won last night!!!!! WTF happened I don't know, well next year :(

( I hope)

Rumor,Rumor...I hope It's true

They say that the Washington Red skins Just may be coming to Hampton Rds (Virginia) for football camp. That would be a VERY good look seeing that the only thing that they have going on here is College sports.....oh and don't let me forget those Tidewater Tides (semi-pro baseball). You are talking to a woman who came from a big sprots holding city (Basketball,Football, baseball, and even Hockey) too....this.....wishing that they bring a team here for summer camp (lol). Virginia may have the Beaches...The strong History.....and the Nice seasons

(minus the Hella hard rain in April) But to Drive 3hrs to DC for a Pro foot/basketball game is sad. This old commen wealth ass State that would tax you to take in a deep inhale of some semi-fresh air if they could....swear they can't "afford" to bring a Pro anything here(Hmmmm????) ok

Well the point of this whole Article is that....maybe.....just maybe VA will bring a team here for us,so I can save some gas money :) lol.

700 Days in Federal Prison.

How do you feel about the time they gave Vick? Do you honestly think he should have received 23mons???? Or do you think with all the fines, loss of contract with the Falcons and paying back that 22 million bonus, loss of endorsements and looking VERY stupid for lying.....do you think that he's had enough punishment?

Do tell.

Sometimes A Nice Piece Of "ARM CANDY" Is Just What You Need : Jaric hot since dating supermodel

By BRETT MARTEL, AP Sports Writer

November 28, 2007

Antoine Walker joked that Minnesota Timberwolves teammate Marko Jaric was "overachieving."

The reference was not to the guard's recent hot shooting, but that the native of Serbia is dating Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima.

The romance certainly hasn't hurt Jaric's play.

He scored 21 points and the Timberwolves protected a big lead for a change to get their second victory of the season, 103-94 over the New Orleans Hornets on Monday night.

Having scored over 20 points in two straight games, Jaric smiled when told teammates had insinuated that his relationship with Lima had been a source of inspiration.

"Maybe that's the thing, I don't know," Jaric said. "They can joke for now. We won, so that's fine."

Minnesota has seen a more promising trend in the play of Jaric, who has scored in double figures in three straight games.

"I just feel confident," said Jaric, now in his sixth season. "I see the team needs me, Coach feels confidence in me, and I just try to us my opportunity."

Jaric had had 12 points in the half, which he ended with a 3-pointer that gave Minnesota a 58-37 lead.

Sean Taylor Was A Star In The Making

Sean Taylor was a phenomenal safety for the Washington Redskins. Indeed he was a young man with a troubled past trying to make a better life for him and his family.

Unfortunately his life was taken before he had a chance to make a true turnaround and show his true potential.

Not only did the Redskins lose a great player and teammate, his parents lost a child and his daughter lost a father who she will never have a real chance of knowing.

People look at the obvious facts but fail to realize the true sadness which follows.

Breaking News: Sean Taylor Died Today.

Redskins Safety Sean Taylor Dead After Being Shot in His Home

Tuesday, November 27, 2007

Sean Taylor was selected fifth overall in the 2004 NFL draft after starring for Univ. of Miami.

MIAMI -- Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor has died, a day after he was shot in the leg, said family friend Richard Sharpstein.

He said Taylor's father called him around 5:30 a.m. to tell him the news.

"His father called and said he was with Christ and he cried and thanked me," said Sharpstein, Taylor's former lawyer. "It's a tremendously sad and unnecessary event. He was a wonderful, humble, talented young man, and had a huge life in front of him. Obviously God had other plans."

He said he did not know exactly when Taylor died.

Doctors had been encouraged late Monday night when Taylor squeezed a nurse's hand. But Sharpstein said he was told Taylor never regained consciousness after being transported to the hospital and that he wasn't sure how he had squeezed the nurse's hand.

"Maybe he was trying to say goodbye or something," Sharpstein said.

The 24-year-old Redskins safety was shot early Monday in his home in the upper leg, damaging an artery and causing significant blood loss.

Miami-Dade Police were investigating the attack, which came just eight days after an intruder was reported at Taylor's home. Officers were dispatched about 1:45 a.m. Monday after Taylor's girlfriend called 911. Taylor was airlifted to the hospital.

Sharpstein said Taylor's girlfriend told him the couple was awakened by loud noises, and Taylor grabbed a machete he keeps in the bedroom for protection. Someone then broke through the bedroom door and fired two shots, one missing and one hitting Taylor, Sharpstein said. Taylor's 1-year-old daughter, Jackie, was also in the house at the time, but neither she nor Taylor's girlfriend were injured.

"It could have been a possible burglary; it could have been a possible robbery," Miami-Dade Police Lt. Nancy Perez said. "It has not been confirmed as yet."

Taylor was shot at the pale yellow house he bought two years ago in the Miami suburb of Palmetto Bay. Taylor played at the University of Miami, where he was an All-American in 2003, and was also a high school standout in the city. His father, Pedro Taylor, is the police chief of Florida City.

Sean Taylor Shooting

Sean Taylor of the Washington Redskins was shot and wounded early Monday by an intruder in his home on Old Cutler road in South Miami Dade.

Taylor, a former University of Miami star, was airlifted to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Details were sketchy about the shooting.

According to police, Miami-Dade patrol officers received a call about 1:45 a.m. Monday that a homeowner had been shot in the leg. The homeowners told police they heard intruders at the rear door of the house, trying to pry it open.

The male homeowner went to investigate and a female in the house then heard a shot. Paramedics responded and found the victim, with a gunshot wound to the groin.

The shooting happened at 18050 Old Cutler Rd. County property records list it as the address for Taylor. It is a four-bath, four-bedroom house with a taxable value of $704,297.

His family has asked that no information about his condition be released at this point, said Lorraine Nelson, a hospital spokeswoman.

Taylor, 24, is in his fourth season with the Redskins. A safety, he leads the team with five interceptions but has missed the last two games with a knee injury.

In 2004 he was the fifth pick overall by the Redskins, after stellar career at the University of Miami.

Florida QB Tebow has fractured non-throwing hand

November 25, 2007

MIAMI (TICKER) -- Florida quarterback Tim Tebow has a fractured bone in his non-throwing hand, according to a report Sunday on the Miami Herald's web site.

Citing Florida sports information director Steve McClain, the Herald reported that Tebow broke his right hand while running for a touchdown during Saturday's 45-12 triumph over Florida State.

McClain told the newspaper that Tebow will be in a cast for at least two weeks, although he should be healthy for Florida's bowl game. The Gators (9-3) are eligible to play in the Bowl Championship Series.

According to the report, team trainers determined that the injury was not serious enough to sideline Tebow, who played the entire game and finished 19-of-28 for 262 yards and three touchdowns. The sophomore southpaw also rushed for 89 yards and two TDs.

Neither Tebow nor Florida coach Urban Meyer mentioned the injury during Saturday's postgame news conference.

A serious contender to win the Heisman Trophy, Tebow has enjoyed a phenomenal campaign, passing for 3,132 yards and 29 TDs while rushing for 838 yards and 22 scores.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Lil' Romeo is headed to Southern California to play basketball.

The teenage hip-hop performer signed a national letter of intent to attend USC on Monday at a news conference held at a posh hotel near Beverly Hills.

Lil' Romeo, an actor and rapper whose full name is Percy Romeo Miller, is currently a senior guard at Beverly Hills High. He averaged 13.9 points and 5.6 assists last season. His father, hip-hop mogul Master P, had tryouts with two NBA teams in the 1990s.

"Getting a college scholarship is more important than winning an American Music Award, and I plan to be the best student-athlete I can be at USC."
