Yes, for some players, the offseason is just too boring – so they try to liven it up, usually by getting arrested. For all those players making the kinds of headlines their mother's wouldn't be proud of, I've assembled the RotoHog F"ALL"en Pro Team. Here's a position by position breakdown of the pros who have been spotted on the police blotter this summer.

TIER 1 : Randy Moss Randy Moss is the only WR that you should considered in the first round. With the record for most touchdown receptions in hand, look for Moss to take less snaps this year, but be more efficient in the New England passing game. The AFC East looked to improve their defense this offseason, so Moss probably won't come close to last years numbers.

As we approach the gravitational pull of Major League Baseball's All-Star Game, don't mind if I wade into the first-half reflection pool. Many of the sport's prevailing truths again are on display — and have been for quite a while.

Finally, we've reached the Top 10 running backs for 2008. It's been an epic journey to get here, but here we are, counting down the Top 10. STUD, is the easiest word to classify these 10 running backs. Most will go in the first round, skip one and it may cause your season to go up in flames. These running backs have pros and cons, but before we discuss them, let's recap the Top 11-30 running backs for 2008.

For real hardcore NBA fans such as myself, the NBA Draft is always interesting. It comes pretty much right after the Finals, and gives an opportunity to instantly get a take on the direction of the various teams before all of the champion's confetti has hit the ground. Well with the draft now in our rearview mirror, I thought that I should take a look at what teams did the most to improve themselves on draft day, and who did the least.

Yeah, yeah. Everybody loves short-track racing. Just like everybody loves Kung Fu fighting. But after a damp week banging around Loudon, it's great to be heading back to a superspeedway in the sun. Especially Daytona, the Track Where It All Began.

What's in a name? Can someone's name be a significant factor in determining the quality of their life? Can changing it really make a difference? Adam formerly Pacman Jones will be the latest to test this theory. I think it Adam's case, there is no where to go but up. However, in light of Jones' request to drop the Pacman from his name, we have decided to look at some of the famous name changes by athletes, and the effect that the change had on their lives.

Finally I've made it to the Top 10 Fantasy Football Quarterback for the 2008 season. This is the best part of the season for me. I get to sit down at the computer, break down numbers, review rosters, and than project how each player will perform this upcoming season. From the first article I wrote, QB Rankings 21-30, till the last projection is written down, I will have seen 250+ hours of film from last season, and projected Fantasy numbers for over 270 players. To be honest, this is the best part of the season for me.
