Thanks a lot Stu.
Monta Ellis will be happy to hear that.
""We did review," Jackson said Tuesday. "The call was incorrect.
"After looking at the play, the foul was on Fisher and not Ellis. It appeared that Fisher pulled Ellis down."
Jackson said the league informed the Warriors of its analysis. Delaney was also informed, though Jackson kept the discussions with the respected referee confidential.
Regarding a "critical" judgment call, Jackson said, the league does not offer its analysis unless queried by the media or the teams involved, save for rare circumstances. Only when the application of a rule is in question will the league voluntarily put out a statement."
A ref made sure another team won a game. There is no way to get that game back. What an ugly mark in an otherwise wonderful NBA season. As a fan of the game as well as a dubzfan, that is very disappointing. But at least somebody had the moxy to inquire and Stu Jackson came and acknowledge the bad call.
At this point its worthless to discuss further. Whats done is done. Time to lay it to rest. Warriors have more pressing things to think about.
