The Year of the Upset. College football is CRRRRRRAAAAAAZZZZY this season. 8 teams ranked 1st or second in the BCS standings have been upset by UNRANKED opponents. FSU beat BC -APP St. beat Michigan-Illinois beat OSU-South Florida beat Vest Virginia-Arkansas beatLSU-Kentucky beat LSU. Arizona Beat Oregon. This proves that College football needs a playoff system. The Only undefeated team in 1-A footbal is Hawaii, which isn't even ranked in the Top ten.

This season clearly shows we need a BCS playoff system, as we clearly have no Idea who should be in the BCS Bowl

Unfortunately, Redskins 24 year old Safety Sean Taylor was killed monday morning. An intruder was in his home, looking through his stuff when Taylor was awoken by a noise. He walked downstairs with a machete, and was imediately shot as the burglar got away. The bullet pierced the Femoral artery in the leg and Taylor lost substantial amounts of blood. Taylor's home was broken into the week before and police say the break-ins may have been related. During surgery, his heart stopped twice, but Monday night he was able to answer to some simple commands. Unfortunately, Taylor couldn't make it through the night. Taylor was the number 4 pick of the 2004 NFL draft and was 2003 Big East defensive Player of the year. Sean leaves behind his girlfriend and his 1-year old daughter.

A few months ago I posted an article about how Tom Brady would have a great year. I would just like to say that I made the right call. Brady has thrown 39 touchdowns and 3439 yards, to just 4 interceptions. I saw this coming, but It's still beyond my wildest dreams. He will surely break the record for most touchdowns in a single season, and probably shatter it. he still has 6 games to go, and he alone has made my fantasy team 9-3. My first, second, and fourth round picks were busts, but Brady has given me a great season.

Tom brady is by far the most talented quarterback in the league. Over the past 4-5 years, only Peyton Manning has better stats, and Look who he's throwing to, Marvin Harrison, Reggie wayne, and dallas clark. Tom brady haas been throwing to Deion Branch(about 3 quarters as good as Wayne), an ancient Troy Brown, and a bunch of guys who wouldn't even make the colts.( Reche Caldwell, Jabar Gaffney, David Patten, Ect.)What's more, Brady has led the Pats into a dynasty, while Peyton Manning has led the Colts to just one super bowl, with all that tremendous talent. This year brady will be handing the ball off to Laurence maroney, creating short holes in the secondary for Ben Watson to exploit, gunning the lng ball to big play specialist Dante Stallworth, Lining up Speedy Wes Welker in the slot, and of course, throwing it to randy moss, who is about as talented as Harrison, with a little bit of an attitude problem. Tom will be filled with happiness because of his new baby, and will therefor have a strong start to a great season. He is posed to have a career year and the sky is the limit with his new teamates.
