Since trading is just about at an end for the year, we are at the what we have is what we have stage of things. Still, with some imagination, it seems to me that moving a couple of players around might be useful. A probably crazy thought that I have had is why not move
Hank Baskett to tight end? He is a bit light at 220 but some time in the weight room can help with that. Positives are that he is a good blocker, he has good, not great hands and generally holds on when the ball is within reach. He isn't being used much at WR. The TEs we have are less than productive this year, could Hank do worse? It would put Curtis, Avant and DJax on the field at WR at the same time and still have an extra pair of hands that can catch the damn ball and given a little room be a threat to get it up the field. If we are going to play a pass oriented offensive system then lets flood the field with receivers.
