Two years ago Philadelphia had LeCharles all but locked up, only for him to pulll a fast one and sign with Cleveland. Now that he was released even after passing a physical, do you see Philadelphia dipping their hand back in the mix. Would he be an upgrade for us? Would signing him even make sense? It's a GCobb article, but it's actually true.(Hard to believe, I know) Jason Avant might not ever be a stud, but I still think he can be something special. Now that he is healthy (which I didn't know he played through a sports hernia a year ago) maybe he can really step up for us this season.

I read this as a comment on Profootballtalk.com under the heading " Lito Sheppard a no-show." Now don't get excited or pissed off about me posting this. I'm not trying to stir the pot by an means. I just want to know if anyone else heard this possibly rediculous rumor.

They would receive Sheppard and the Eagles 5th Rder and the Eagles would receive Boldin and the Cards 3rd Rder. The trade could possibly be finalized as soon as this weekend. Both teams wanted to wait until after the June 1st date so they could both push the players bonus money into this year and next. The Cards had been pushing hard for the Eagles 4th rder as well but the talk is that the Eagles are holding that back because of the much publicized(Gcobb.com,Philly.com) trade discussions with Miami for Jason Taylor"

Just a little something to keep everyone occupied. Even though the signing was months ago, I am still salivating thinking about how Chris Clemons is going to wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks come September. He might not have been a huge signing but it is those under the radar guys that really produce for the Philadelphia Eagles.

On a different but same note...After reading this article and Jevon Kearse being brought up again, it continues to chap my *ss how he can blame his decline on Jim's schemes. But hey, he's the one who has to look at himself in the mirror every morning knowing that he had to lie and make excuses for his poor play. There plenty of other ends on our team that have performed very well under Johnson.

First post ever here everybody. So please don't brow beat me too too much. 610 WIP's Anthony Gargano has reported that Lito Sheppard has not shown up to OTA's. Now we all know that this is voluntary, but it sure would have been nice to see Lito make the attempt to show his face. Either way, I have nothing but total faith that something positive will happen before the regular season starts.
