#37 Rodney Harrison: Harrison was voted the dirtiest player a couple years in a row by his peers, but I love him anyways.
Troy Brown: Brown ranks first on the Patriots all-time receptions list with 557 career receptions and is second in receiving yardage list for the Pats with 6,366 yards.

I don't see how the media can take one paragraph out of an entire column and turn it around on the writer. That's allowed. However, these same media critics will go around talking about how blogging shouldn't be out there and blah-blah-blah. I mean they are using it as fodder for their stories! They can't get anything real themselves at this point. Soon, they won't even be able to do interviews anymore. The athlete will just say "go check out my blog a-hole". That is why I think Schilling's blog was used purposely against him. Curt's blog was not entirely focused on Game 3 of the Lakers/Celtics. He talked about a lot of different things, which frankly were so interesting that it mattered little (to me) what he did mention about Kobe. Basically he just said he had no experience in basketball and couldn't believe the trash talking that went on. So Kobe told his teammates to step the f up. So what? The good stuff I really as a fan like to hear is his perspective; His perspective on his own teammates, and what they are doing, and thinking right now. What is their game plan for October? Regular people walking around don't know what it is like to be in the dugout, just like ball players don't know what it's like to sit in a cubicle all day. I really like Curt's blog. It seems pretty real to me, and he opens up a lot which makes me respect him more as a person and an athelete. check it out if you have not already.

I shut the game off at the half. I usually wake up early and go to the gym to keep my 'dumpy' butt from getting any dumpier. I was pretty depressed because the C's were just plain bad in the first half, and I saw no light at the end of that tunnel. I had also 'predicted' through YBN picks that the Celtics were going to bounce back this game, and like all girls, I hate being wrong. At the gym, I'm on the tread mill, and watching ESPN. I hear "the greatest comeback in history" and see a shot of Kobe Bryant flash across the screen. I am like DAMN IT! They are already rubbing it in. But just what was ESPN talking about?? Only the greatest comeback from behind in history..The Celtics taking destiny by the backside and just spanking that A$$ in the second half. I saw the highlight of Peirce falling over, and thought o-sh*t, they are done for. But that is when the Celts really got hot. Going forward, Pierce should just fall down in every game, maybe stub a toe or something even. Even though Pierce supposedly is less skilled then KG, I still believe he is the heart of that team. Love it! ;) Sadly the Lakers, whom I was beginning to have some respect for, threw a huge hissy fit (Sash Vujigga who?-Jigga What?). I have never seen such an unmanly display in all my life.

I would say that is probably why he failed as an NFL player!!! It looks like he had too many x-tra curricular activities going on. You live you learn. I might read it, but this sounds like a broken, played out record already.

Ok so he is probably married and that just makes me a crazy stalker for loving a football player whom I will NEVER meet or see other then on TV or in the stadium, (from like a mile away) But Godamn he is sexy! And his voice will be forever embedded on my page. Thanks YBN for encouraging my stalker outlet. Oh and he is awesome too. I know, I know, he tackled David Tyree and he held onto the ball! I know he took HGH or something like that at one point. But love is unconditional. We all make mistakes. I make mistakes all the time at work, like, posting this article on company time for example…SO Please all the haters can stick it where the sun don't shine. Thanks.

I don't ever remember the Celtics being very good, even when I was small, they had Bird, McHale, an Parrish, but that was at the end of their career that I actually saw them play, not at their peak. They sucked so bad for a while the VIP box seats were like 80 bucks for a while. It would be nice to see them get this win tonight. Thats all - Go Celts!!! ;)

In this addition of "Upfront", SAS ( or SASS!! As I like to refer to him) "investigates" how the only reason there are about 5 white players in the NBA is to appease the white audience, and increase ratings. It really has nothing to do with whether or not they can play basketball, because HEY! Lets face it, white boys can't play basketball right? He also notes right away that: "there's still a rising perception that the league is interested in growing its population of international players who are of a lighter hue." (Smith, Stephen A. ESPN sportswriter and complete A-Hole) At first glance of this article SAS tries to make you believe that he is against the notion that white boys can't play basketball. He throws stupid over-dramatic words into his column to confuse the reader by using words like "eviscerate". He even pretties up his comments at the end, making the reader even MORE confused. He says: "Enough with the race issue. The NBA would never compromise the composition of its product for the sake of a few racist holdouts. The league is all about improving its product—the better to sell it!" So basically, it isn't that the NBA puts white people on the court to appease OTHER white people, it is to increase the overall profitability of the NBA and sell more tickets! (GOLLY GEE WHIZ) It has NOTHING to do with race at all!!! WOW. How f-ing profound this jerkwad is. Enough with the race issue Stephen?? Ok, how about instead of trying to figure WHY there are other white people in the NBA, just EXCEPT it??? Wouldn't that be something?

Daisuke, or as the Japanese like to call him: ?? ???", has the sweetest cleats known to man ( or women. Yay feminsts!) Not only is Daisuke an awesome pitcher, his cleats are customized with embroidered Japanese lettering. Awesome. I have no clue what the lettering on these cleats say (maybe his name?) but who cares! You can't just be an awesome pitcher anymore, that's not enough; you have to have the shoes that match.

I can't believe I missed this show. These "journalists" are so full of themselves and scared shitless of bloggers everywhere that they bring this poor guy out and throw him under the bus. First of all who the f does this stupid old guy think he is? It sounds like he practiced this whole speach over and over to try and make it funny. What difference does it make if this guy blogs what he thinks? This guy is insanely jealous in my opinion. Bob Costas uses the word "mean spirited". Really Bob? Mean? Spirited? I will give you mean spirited...frickin Jerkface. how is that for spirit? ;)

ELECTION 2008 IS HERE! The 2008 season and election may be a few months away, but the campaign never stops. Vote now for the 2007 Play of the Year. This week is primary number 3: Defensive Stop of the Year. The winners of each primary round will face off in a general election to elect the 2007 Patriots Play of Year. Vote Now for the Defensive Stop of the Year: Jarvis Green's strip sack of Peyton Manning to seal the win over the Colts Asante Samuel's pick of AJ Feeley to finish off the Eagles game Eric Alexander's game saving tackle on a hail-mary to beat the Ravens Rodney Harrison's playoff INT to seal the victory over the Jaguars I defintley think Green's strip was the most clutch play. Sticking it to the Colts leaves me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.

Tom Brady is always the leader in the team's offseason voluntary workout program, and it has been going on for more than a week. Tom Brady aint going to be there any time soon. He is too busy working on Gisele, or maybe according to this article, she is working on him….Obviously a little down time is nice, but could she be the next bombshell to bring down a QB? The Boston Herald is calling Tom whipped. He is carrying her stuff around England, and they have pics of them kissing (yuk) I might just have to barf. Frickin pussy. Please Tom Brady, could you come home and give the fans some reassurance that you won't be going on dancing with the stars with Jayson Taylor any time soon??? Please??? I guess if I were a man, I might not care if I got to look at her butt everyday, but who knows..I still hate you Gisele.

The Pats office is looking at draft prospect Rashard Mendenhall (Illiniois) as the guy to replace Faulk in the future. This article suggests that Darren McFadden if acquired by the Pats would be a "bargaining chip" only. They also go on to say McFadden lacks "toughness". Rashard is the one they are targeting. Check out the last play of the clip it shows some pretty sweet moves. (If it shows up!) I still hope the LB is the # 1 focus which I think it is for the Pats right now. Hopefully they will get some under-rated trades this year. http://www.patriots.com/rss/public/index.cfm?ac=rss&pcid=ODM=&cat=VmlkZW8gLSBEcm FmdA==

Cell phones - New Law According to a proposed new law that would go into effect Jan 1, 2008 you will no longer be able to use a cell phone while driving unless you have a 'hands free' adapter. I went to Circuit City and they wanted $50 for a headset with a microphone for my cell phone. Having a friend in the cell phone business, I talked with him and was able to come up with an alternative, working through Office Depot. These kits are compatible with any mobile phone and one size fits all. I paid him $0.08 each because he bought in quantity. Then we tried it with Motorola, Sprint, Verizon and Nokia units and they worked perfectly. A photo is attached so scroll down & take a look and let me know if you want one. Also, forward this to anyone you know, who has a cell phone, and who may want one! CLICK ON LINK AND SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW THIS DOPE A$$ HEADSET!!!

I know Madden touched on it, but what are the advantages? In baseball they steal signals all the time, and this is allowed. They figure if you are stealing signs, you better make up a better way to sign. How long has the new video taping rule been in place? Was it before 2000? There is a reason the rule came into effect, and why coaches cover their lips..getting a video of the guy covering their lips doesn't do much, but if they know they are going to throw, the captain can throw an audible and change their defensive play. I can only see this working well on defense, not offense. If te blitz is coming there isnt much the qb can do if they don't get the throw out in time. Either way this is tragic. It will end up being like steroids in the MLB.

Shaq's experience with the Miami PD has made him a pro at identifying the criminal behaviors of others: Big man ordinance code 2257: "No big man under should talk about a big man above." I don't care what anyone says. He is the funniest basketball player alive. Basically Shaq just punk'd Bill Walton, making him look like a huge a** on TV.
