This weekend Tiger Woods put on the most incredible display of golf I've ever witnessed. He wowed the crowd with AMAZING shots and putts on holes 13,17,and the putt for the tie on 18. Just remember the way the crowd erupted when the ball barley rolled it the hole. But you cant forget the amazing putt on 18 on day three to put him in the lead. Tiger has won at Torrey Pines six times before. He is the most dominant player on a single course I have ever seen. The way he can hit a ball way into the rough and get him self out of it with a great recovery shot it is truly unbelievable. The one thing that is so great is when Tiger lines up for a putt and you see that determination and focus on his face it could intimidate any golfer and when you see it you now its going in. Tiger has that ability for his presence to be known anywhere on the golf course. You can feel it every time it steps on the course at Torrey Pines. The show he putt on at Torrey Pines this week was his greatest ever. Just remember as your at home reading this article picturing what happend ,that he did it all on one leg. Tiger Woods is truly the king of Torrey Pines.

Can you imagine golf without Tiger? I no I cant , im a guy who will tune in to golf when Tigers playing just to watch all the amazing moments that "are" Tiger Woods. Otherwise I will only watch the big events . But now golf without Tiger is just dull and boring. Whos really going to tune in to watch Phil or Vijay whos been a sleeper this year even though 8th in the fedex cup points standings. I mean sure those guys can have there moments but rarely and not even close to as magnificent as Tigers. Most of the people who watch golf only tune in to see Tiger. Without Tiger in the sport the fans are going to decrease. The ticket sales are going to decrease and winning any tournament especially a major will allways have those "What ifs". The feel of winning will be well i won without Tiger here. You wont get the great feeling that you beat the great Tiger Woods.

Can you belive it the Celtics won there first NBA Title since 1986 and by record fashion. Setting a new record by winning by 39 points. The Celtics completely dominated the LA Lakers. Personally I am happy that the Lakers forced a game 6 because it wouldnt have been as sweet a victory winning in LA. I think when a team wins a championship it should be on their home court with all their fanns cheering them on. I mean its one thing with college sports, but in the NBA you should win at home. Were else are you gonna get the raw emotion of Kevin Garnett after the win last night, DEFINITELY not in LA. What about Paul Pierce winning the MVP. Pierce deserved it just think he has had a decent career in Boston before this year but not ever getting past the first round of the playoffs. Pierce carried his team back to win two of the greatest comebacks in NBA playoff history.Pierce has it the "IT" factor the factor or quality that seperates good players from great players he will in my mind he is one of the greatest players in NBA playoff history. This Celtics Lakers series is definently on of the all time greats.

Nadals three set win over Roger Federer was amazing, but can he pull of another championship win at Wimbledon. Last year he came up short against none other than Roger Federer in a thrilling five set match. Now coming of an amazing straight set victory over Federer in the French Open can he pull it off in Wimbledon. Lets see.
