I'm not convinced Danica Patrick has what it takes to race right at the very top, but how many drivers do? To me it's beyond doubt she's plenty good enough to be where she is at the moment - in one of the best cars with one of the best teams. In F1 terms, she's a Jarno Trulli or a Nick Heidfeld rather than a Lewis Hamilton or a Fernando Alonso. But it seems that, for a lot of people, if she's not perfect she's not fit to be let out of the house. I hate that attitude, and as a result I love this Jack Arute column on the IndyCar site.
