Rumors still flying around Portland about yet another trade. There saying it can not be announced until after the trade they made with New York is complete. In all likely hood it will just be James Jones coming to the Blazers from the Suns, which was, i guess in some way involved with the buying of the 24th pick from the Suns, but there wasn't a player coming from Portland to the Suns. So i guess 3 million can now buy you two players. In the interviews with the Blazers staff they were unable to answer questions about the 24th pick, and the rest of the trade they made with the Suns. They did say though, that it will be announced within the next week, or so

It seems to me that people believe the world is made up of two different types of basketball players. The players that are born with the talent, and those that aren't. Well the truth is that is not true at all. Last night Greg oden was taken with the first pick in the NBA draft. In a past article I read about oden, when he started playing basketball he couldn't even make a layup. All I'm saying is that these days anyone with a hint of basketball skills and with the right resources can become what they want to be on the court. If you want to be one of those kids don't shy away when someone tells you your not good enough or its impossible. if you put the work in its possible, dedicating yourself to basketball takes something so deep down in your heart that most young men these days can't find the way to it. But if you can tap into that part of your heart anything can happen.
