Rivals is reporting that 5 star mcdonald all-american Scotty Hopson will sign on to play basketball for Bruce Pearl at Tenn.This is a huge get for Tenn. and a very tough loss for Kentucky.Hopefully with Tubby gone we can start keeping the talent from leaving the state.

Former Mcdonalds All American, Marvin Stone has apparently suffered a massive heart attack and died during a game in Saudi Arabia. Marvin played three years at U of K and never quite lived up to his expectations. He transferred his senior year and played one season at the University of Louisville.

Bill keightley died last night from internal bleeding caused by a previously undiagnosed tumor on the spine.He fell getting off a bus at great american ballpark.This is a very sad day for big blue nation .Mr.Keightley was Kentuckys equipment manager since 1962 starting with coach Rupp.He saw it all from the best seat in the house.The coaching staff was at his side when he died.Mr.Keightley was Kentucky basketball and has his name hangin from the rafters in rupp.Mr. Keightley will never be forgotten.
