Restrictor-plates coming to southern California?

Auto Club Speedway is not the best venue for Nascar; they have trouble filling the place up. But for Nascar, it *has* to work -- because sponsors want something Nascar there. I bring this up because of this restrictor-plate idea. Expect lots of crazy ideas to come forward. They'll do anything to make southern California racing work.
