Peyton Manning is Better Than Tom Brady

I myself am a Romo fan but...If you wanna talk about a QB in his prime, between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, Peyton Manning is the better QB. Now sure Tom Brady had 4,806 YD's, 50 TD's, 117.2 Rating, and only 8 INT's, and now holds the record for passing TD's in a single season, but...Who else but the Patriots would play Tom Brady and every other starter week 17 to the Giants? Tom Brady took 578 Attempts this year. He completed 398 and he had a 68.9 completion %. In 2004, Peyton Manning had 4,557 YD's, 49 TD's, 121.1 Rating, and only 10 INT's. Now yea 8 is less than 10 and 50 is greater than 49, but... Peyton Manning only took 497 Attempts in 2004. He completed 336 of them for a 67.6 completion %. And yeah, 67.6 is less than 68.9, but also 497 is much less than 578. Jut imagine how much more YD's Manning would pof thrown for in 2004 if he took another 81 Attempts. He would of shattered the amount of YD's Tom Brady put up, He would of put more TD's then the 50 Tom Brady threw. So why is everyone so in love with Tom Brady? Open up your eyes and see that he gets more credit than he deserves. I know for a fact Peyton Manning gets far less credit and ESPN has never brought up the point i just made.

Terry Glenn

no terry glenn, what does this mean? Well we went without him last year and tony romo had a huge year. its not like we lost too much. we still have jason witten, terell owens, patrick crayton is gonna be a threat this year, and i believe sam hurd will have about the year that crayton had last year. well if not sam hurd maybe miles austin will get the #3 spot. now we have jason witten as our #1 TE, we did lose Anthony Fasano but, we still have Tony Curtis and now we have signed Martellus Bennett out of Texas A&M. the guy is 6'6 259 and he was drafted as the most complete TE. he is an excellent blocker, can run routes well and has soft hands. Bennett will be better than Fasano was, I had no problem with Fasano when he was with us, but he didnt have too much to offer. he had-- rec,--3 yds, 10.2 ypr, and 1 TD. Tony Curtis our #3 TE had 3 rec, 18 yd's, and 3 TD's. He's a decent player, who is an easy target for the score, especially b/c the defense shouldnt be too focused on him when we have owens, crayton, and witten. lets not forget we now have Marion Barber carrying the load for us and he isnt too bad at making a play on the recieving end either. he had 44 receptions, 2 TD's for us. my point is that we went without terry glenn last season and can do it again this season but basically we will be better off from it, this year.Cowboys Fans feel free to add more to this article

2008 Cowboys

Dallas is the best in the NFC East and probably best in the NFC. Thats a fact. Lets look over our playmakers. Romo (2007) 36 td's 19 Int's 4211 pyd's 97.4 rating. Marion Barber (2007) 204 rushes 975 yds 4.8 ypc 12 td's. Terell Owens 81 rec 1355 rec/yd's 16.7 ypr 15 td's. Jason Witten (2007) 96 rec 1145 rec/yd's 11.9 ypr 7td's. Patrick Crayton (2007) 50 rec 697 rec/yd's 7 td's. Nick Folk (2007) 26/31 plays very good under pressure, represented NFC in probowl. Lets not leave out our Monster O-Line. Too many stars to list defensively but heres a little comparisson of what we did compared to our opponents. Total 1041/997, Solo 799/785, Assits 242/212, Sacks 46/25, Fumble 20/14. Int's 19/19, Int yd's 331/191, Yd's/Int 17.4/10.1, Long 70/38, Td's 2/2. Now Julius Jones we lost, but Felix Jones was drafted as a backup to Marion Barber. Julius Jones struggled last year as our starter with a poor 3.6 ypc and only 2 td's on the ground. Many say Barber cant handle the load as a starter. Jealousy is the main reason of people saying that. Barber's stats during his only start (playoffs). 27 rushes, 129 yd's, 4.8 ypc, 1 td. He proved he can carry the load and i know Felix Jones will make our 1-2 punch very threating to any defense. We added Adam Jones at CB, Mike Jenkins CB (South Florida). Also we added Orlando Scandrick (Boise State). Scandrick came into the draft as an underclassman and will be remembered at boise State for blocking FG's. Our team is stacked, I could go on forever, but now its your turn to share your thoughts.

will Romo win a playoff game

Hey yard, im a die hard cowboys fan. this year it only makes sense to picture Romo leading the Cowboys to a playoff victory. Seattle game back in 06 is something to forget about. and the gianst last year ofcourse was a heart breaker after finishing the season 13-3. but...the giants didnt only beat us, they beat the bucs, us, then the packers in lambou, and ofcourse the pats in the superbowl. so lest put the past behind us and talk about whats good this year. we no longer have julius jones, but barber is a better back. instead of the jones barber 1-2 punch now we have barber, felix jones. i believe that is a stronger 1-2 punch. jason witten is coming off a huge year. terell owens is coming off a huge year. patrick crayton is learning from t.o. and ofcourse terry glenn will help out the passing game if he stays with our organization. we have an amazing D. And Romo is learning more and more from his mistakes. With an offense, defense, and special teams that we have i know we will win a playoff game this year. if not superbowl. tell me what you think.
