Its friday. Time to rest relax watch some games play some games and just unwind.

Michael Vick's letter to the Judge was a nice letter. i wish people would stop hating on him and stop using him as a poster child or whipping boy. The man made a mistake. He is being punished enoughed. There are murderers, drug dealers and child abusers that have gotten off easier. Stop it. let the man out in less time give him a chance to repay his debt to society outside. he is a more valuable member to the community outside then inside to the PETA and all other agencies but especially to his children. he has suffered enough humiliation, ridicule and pain. Free Vick.

TJ injury report. he is going to take it easy and get back to the team as soon as he can.. Believe it. he will. Big game for the Raps Tonight in Indy. The pacers are better then most might expect. and have good talent. If the raps bring their game they should and better win. Delfino or whoever is the 2 or 3 will be the x factor tonight.

Last night's games:

Lakers and Spurs gritty game. The spurs should toughness and depth. Lots of those unsung types came up big and kept it close. LA shoud have been able to handle the spurs since they were without Duncan and Parker. They got the W which is all that matters. Nice to see Bryant stand up for Bynum after those 2 techs. Maybe the team needed that off season drama.

Please people leave T Parker and Eva L alone. We as fans, and journalist and other people are always intrigued by celebs and their personal lives. We got to stop. these people need some privacy and we need to stop feeding these paparazzi with junk, as well as reading that junk. Whether its true or not its their lives, leave them alone.

Miami and the Wiz: Miami with another L. Riley needs to look fast the season is not getting younger and as it is D Wade is just being expected to do too much. They need to rebuild again around him. I love Shaq but he isn't the dominant figure he once was. i would still keep him on my roster. I will be patient. I love Shaq and Wade so its ok we all need to step back in order to ove forward. wow the wizard are really playing well without Arenas. Agent 0 is a great scorer, a little too one dimensional for my taste and does too much of his own marketing. Must be a nice friendly guy in real life and he is a talented player jsut wouldnt want him on my team. Plus he is a xbox fanboy. PS3 is so much better. back to the wiz. Butler is playin great ball and the rest of the team is rallying and playing good as well. Chemistry and team work go a long way in the game.

Wow what a game.

Most of the 1st quarter i thought we were going to get beat. Dampier was just grabbing O-Boards like a machine. But then, in comes Kris Humphries. The man may not be a Tim Duncan or KG, but he has heart and that makes up for other weaknesses. He refused to back down. And to me that was the difference. But to top it all off some guy walks in from the sides and sits on the bench in his street clothes, Everyone notices the guy to be none other than T.J Ford. Standing O. Just to see him was uplifting, for the fans and the team. Good to see you back TJ

The Role players came up big, but truth be told we need a strong rebounder, for most the game Bargnani was still ineffective and even CB4 didn't turn it up till the 2nd half. Rasho gave his regular solid minutes. I thought we signed Baston for some boards. Point is we need some more boards, We gave up 4 Offensive boards in the first few minutes of the game, unacceptable. and we really need some offensive boards.

On to Phoenix, the halftime interview of Nash, right after chipping the tooth was classic. The guy is great for the game and the country.

Utah is really looking great. Even though they lost, the team executes very well and who thought post Stockton and Malone they would be so strong so quick, and last i checked its not a big market. (memo to Knicks, maybe spending isn't the answer)

What's going on in Chicago, do you think its time to start worrying yet? Has the whole Kobe to Chicago taken its toll on the team and their chemistry. Does Ben Wallace need to cut the fro, are th players tuning Skiles out? What's Up? This team was supposed to make a strong run. Season is still young just a quarter ways into it. I would move skiles. Maybe a new system is what the team needs, and maybe either trade one of the potential free agents and make a minor tweak of the roster. No direction. like a dog chasing their tales. PS Ben when you going to start earning that big Pay of yours. you were better when you were underpaid.

The Knicks can be a topic of discussion every day. They suck. straight up a bunch of underachieivng spoiled bums who lack the discipline and heart to be on the floor with other teams. On paper this team should be right near the top. They share the same record as the Sonics. Fine Starbury has not been playing but they have Eddy Curry, Zach Randolph, J Crawford etc... This team is stacked and has a decent player at every position. Maybe it's the coach, oh hang on they already fired the last how many. Maybe it's Isiah, the guy is shadey (screwing Adrian Dantley and bringing in his buddy Mark Aguirre) bottom line is this team stinks. NY'ers should unite and over throw Dolan and his merry Band of cohorts. Isiah was a great Basketball player, as a person, no comment, as a businessman or GM, his record speaks for itself (CBA, Raptors, Knicks)

GSW lost to the Blazers. It happens, you could see they were playing hard, Baron almost got a triple double, but the night before they played the Spurs came off a gruelling match up. You are going to lose some games in a season, The blazers were just hitting shots. don't want to take anything away from them..

Ok so I am new to this. Rather than write a journal or whatever i thought lets give this a shot.

The site is great so far enjoying it.

First off. Thoughts and prayers are with T.J. Ford. The man is a warrior he will fight through it but it was still scary to watch.

You could tell on Al Horford's face there was no malicious intent and he is a good kid. But Stil the Raptors need a goon. Someone to get up in the opposing teams grill. not to fight but just to give them some toughness and let opponents know not to mess with them. Bring Back Oakley, LJ or Mase (whatever happened to Anthony Mason after millwaukee).

And Bargnani, I hope he gets his rhythm back and also learns to rebound more aggresively. We need toughness, grit and Rebounding. We need a 6'10" TJ ford in the Paint

On to Golden State and SA Spurs. Are the Spurs that reliant on Duncan, what happened to Elson Oberto and the other names. GSW play amazing team ball, always hustling pure grinders. Like the blue collar hustlers of the NBA. Baron reminds me of Magic so often, the smile the charisma, the excitement the hustle. Showtime in Golden State. Warriors played great D, St. Jackson was on.

OFF to the Swamp in NJ.

There was a time when i was a Vince Carter Fan. and i still would have been. when the rest of the world was trashing him for crying and being soft, they made those EA NBA Live covers of him whimpering about his sideline run in with Stan Van Gundy, I defended the guy. But when he left and said he didn't try while in TO that pushed me over the edge. Every time they come no one is louder at booing or heckling then me. So Vince you don't care about it, thats fine, but Earn your pay. If you left with some class and dignity you would get treated as Mo Pete does.

I wonder what he will say when he is shipped out of NJ. The Fans are booing him already.

Lets face it. VC Half man half amazing is simply half man half the time. He has the Talent has no heart. He can't lead and be "the Man." Vince thats what seperates good players from great. You dont got the heart or the fire. Maybe your mom didn't pack it in your lunch box as a kid, go drink some Gatorade and get some energy.

Look at Baron D, pretty much killed his knees but plays like a man on fire, look at TJ Spinal injuries and still he is a man on fire. Look at KG. Need any more examples.

And if JKidd spent more time hitting shots rather than his wife maybe they could win some games. He needs a change of scenario, Vince needs a pacifier and RJ needs people who want to play, Magliore needs to realise he got lucky on that All Star selection, Nenad needs some vitamins.

Once again GSW are playing some great ball, My raptors are playing Steady still need some grit and TJ back, getting tired of all the NJ rumours just get it done.
