okay yard i may seem like a hypocryte because if u look at my blogs...90% have to do with the eagles getting a big name reciever...ive been called a sparado clone, over opptimistic, etc...but now if u look at the facts...we arent getting a big name reciever this year...i mean look..its impossible for anyone to learn an nfl playbook in 1 week...if we were gonna get a reciever we would of got him by now...the front office is prolly gonna wait until next offseason when some big names become available or we use 1 of our first round picks on a WR...i really think desean is the guy..sure hes small but he finished second in the league in recpetions in the preseason an he didnt even play the last game...plus he sparks up the punt returns...well im just sick of all these newbies posting about how we are gonna get a bum reciever who just got cut from a team...if the receiever got cut...why would we take him? we arent desprate..well bark it up eagles nation!

so mcdougle finally got cut...right when i start rooting for the guy...he fought hard this preseason but hey this is a buisness not a charity....i hope the giants dont pick him up cuz i cant stand to see mcnabb sacked so many times again...lets just hope someone else gets him first....so what about rudi johnson?...this is just a thought it will never happen but why dont we pick him up and use him as trade bait? i mean he did get released...rudi johnson, lito, and a 1st would be 2 good of an offer for the cardnals to resist

hey yard whats up? well i know i might be being optimistic but i really think this is the year for the eagles to finally bring the lambardi to philly, i mean desean jackson is truley a beast, not only as a punt returner but as a reciever also, our Kick returns finally have a little burst in them an we no longer have to settle with starting off at the 20 or 25.....donovan is healthy and has desean to throw to even tho the loss of curtis will hurt us bad...brian westbrook is comming off a pro bowl season an will surley dominante! plus our defense is loaded, we have the sack machine trent cole, jaque parker even tho in my oppinion chris clemons should start in his place if he can get healthy..we have 2 first round draft picks in brodick bunkley and mike patterson as defensive tackles aslong with trevor laws, our first pick in the draft...asante samuel joins a taletented group of CB's that will surley bring some interceptions that we were lacking last year, brian dawkins is going to give one final push to get him a superbowl to cap off a hall of fame career

so yard whats up....yesterday a fellow barker posted an blog about how bad the eagles are because we are so optomistic....he also quote many eagle fans...myself included makin us seem bad...well how cant we be optomistic? i mean our quarterback is DONOVAN MCNABB... one of the best in the NFL...we have a superstar running back in brian westbrook...an aging but still dominant offenseive line...young but productive recievers...the best cornerback tandem in football...a hall of fame saftey...young but dominant linebackers...a defensive end that had 12.5 sacks last season....very good defensive tackles...our team is solid...now how can u say the eagles are making outragoues claims like saying "these eagles are making redicoulus claims like going to the superbowl" now every damn team says they are going so dont rip on us for doing it also...sure we finished 8-8 but if u even watched any of the games....we were only outplayed in 1 game..every other game was within 7 points...the eagles should of went 11-5 but injuries hurt that...so dont say we cant be good this year because the eagles WILL go to the superbowl and win...well yard

with the latest rumors of steve smith getting traded...i figure im an eagles fan...so why not start this WR blog? i mean im just going to get bad barks on this anyway so oh well..... philadelphia has 2 first round picks..and 3 starting CBs...if carolina trades smith to philadelphia for lito or brown and the eagles 2008 1st rounder then that would turn carolinas pick (owned by eagles) from like the 15th..to the 7th...mcnabb would have a big name WR that could again bring him to the superbowl...smith and curtis could start..mcnabb would be able to just lobb a deep bomb and they would be fast enough to score with it...comeon eagles bring him in..im sick of low-grade recievers

The eagles will jump to a fast start with a 17-3 lead going into half time...marc bulger will not be able to get it done with the loss of isac bruce...throwing 2 ints to asante samuel in the second half and losing the game 24-10

Week 2) Eagles vs Cowgirls..oops i mean cowboys in dallas....

The eagles come into dallas and it will be a very exciting game..The cowboys will take a 21-14 lead going into halftime...after halftime desean jackson will return the kick for a td..and tie the game up at 21-21...no team will be able to get anything done so it goes into halftime..the eagles recieve the kick and take it down the field where a 35 yard akers field goal is enough to send philly outta dallas with a 2-0 start

Week 3) Pittsburg vs Eagles at the linc

The steelers come into philly in an exiting 2-0 vs 2-0 records...willie parker and rashad mendenhall are going to be too much for the eagles young backers core..even tho neither breaks 100 yards mcnabb throws 2 tds and his first int of the season in a final score of 24-21...steelers victory

Week 4) Eagles vs Bears in CHI

Donovan wants revenge after that redicoulus 4th quarter loss last season...the bears still havent figured out their QB battle so they are letting orton try..orton throws 4 ints in a 28-14 win for the eagles

Week 5) Eagles vs Redskins

Jason Campbell cant possibly pull this win outta his ass..even tho he pulled somethin out that belongs to portis :] haahahaa... well donovan mcnabb connects with desean jackson for his first td as an eagle in a low scoring---7 win for the eagles

Week 6) Eagles vs 49'ers

Westbrook sparks up the 49er defense with 175 yards and 2 tds as shaun hill replaces alex smith as the quarter back...the eagles seem to be the only team playing as they walk off with a 35-10 win

The falcons will put no fight into this game and the only score from the falcons would be a ryan to white td pass...eagles win 28-7

The hawks are going to prove to be a real challange for the eagles..the eagles will go into halftime 21-7.. the seahawks are gonna have a massive comeback and defeat the eagles with a field goal as time expires 24-21 seahawks

no strahan? no sacks...mcnabb runs like a gazelle on 12 attempts...also throws for 250 yards as eli manning proves the superbowl win was a fluke with 109 yards 0tds 4ints...42-10 eagles

even with the leagues best defenders..the eagles secondary wont hold back chad jonshon and tj houshmazadah... bengals win 24-17

mcnabb lights up the sky in this battle of the birds...mcnabb connects to curtis, brown, jackson, and avant for tds as the eagles walk off the field 35-3

thanksgivings day..matt lienert starts things off with an int to lito shepard which is returned for a td...mcnabb shows no mercy to rod hood as he hits curtis for 2 tds in a 21-14 thanksgiving day victory for the eagles

the giants are back and want to give pay back..eli manning throws 3 tds and mcnabb throws 2...justin tuck gets to mcnabb twice as the eagles lose a close 13-16

stallworth shows philly that they should of kept him scoring twice..mcnabb simply cant get it done and finishes with 1 td..2 int as the eagles lose 2 straight and falling to 10-4

Week 16) eagles vs redskins...

eagles repaeat the beating but the redksins finish close mcnabb shows he will not be losing his starting job 31-28

finally this is it...both teams are at 11-4 and one team is gonna take the divison...eagles start off first scoring-- un answered before a nick folk fg...dallas rebounds and takes the lead 17-14..late in the 4th quarter..mcnabb throws deep to who else? desean jackson to give the eagles a 21-17 lead...with 7 seconds left romo throws deep into the endzone and is...PICKED OFF...ASANTE SAMUEL PULLS IN THE GAME WINNER AND HOLDS IT UP FOR THE WORD TO SEE...

well yard 12-4 is very optimistic but i think its possible...tell me wat ya think

hey yard wats happenin....not much happening yet in training camp so i figured id try to get something started...will the eagles win the nfc east this year?in my oppinion mcnabb is going to be back in pro-bowl shape...Our team has plenty of talent we just need to use it...we have a dominant runningback...a probowl quarterback, some emerging WR's and an amazing defense...i think asante is going to wreck opposing teams and lead the league in interceptions...the eagles have something to prove...they made crucial mistakes that kept them from a 12-4 season the only game they actully got out played in was the first dallas game...all the others were so close...well yard comment it up
