Willie Parker was finally able to do something he hasn't done in more than a month: practice two days in a row. Parker, a two-time Pro Bowl running back, went through a full workout again yesterday, and the Steelers are optimistic he will play Monday night against the Washington Redskins.

Not that the Steelers running game was struggling, but this will be a much needed boost for the Steelers after throwing away last Sunday's game against the Giants.

This article has some interesting and extreme sports tantrums, but some of the best are missing. I agree that John McEnroe had some of the most interesting tantrums in sports, something which he became famous for. There are also many classic MLB tantrums not discussed, like Ozzie Guillen. This is my first article here at the yard, so bear with me. Since the Olympics, I have been thinking.... will major sports (MLB, NBA, WNBA, NHL, NFL) ever become truly international sports leagues. If you look at sports around the world, most countries have some type of league involving the major sports played in the US. NFL used to have NFL Europe and now play games in Europe, MLB has an international presence, NBA holds games throughout Europe, many WNBA players spend the off season playing in countries around the world, NHL started their season in Europe. With the growth of sports across the world, do you think it is possible that the major leagues will one day have teams in counties other than the US and Canada?
