Terrell Owens owes the Eagles money because an arbitrator ruled in favor of the Philidephia Eagles last Friday on a grievance that was filed by the NFL playes' union on Terrell Owens(Cowboys Wide Reciever)behalf in 2005.

The union discussed the Eagles effort to recover $1.725 million of the $2.3 million signing bonus the team paid the Terrell Owens when it signed him to a seven year $48.97 million deal in 2004.
