I have a serious problem with the
Oakland Raiders: Al Davis. Every year or 2, depending on his mood, they are getting a new coach. It is not the coach, it's the owner. In order for a coach to succeed on any level, then need at least 5 years to work out the kinks and get players that will be able to run the plays given. An owner should be involved with their team, but not to the point of changing plays during an actual game. Then there is the "he said-he said" game. I watched the press conference and I do believe that he lost his grip (and a few other things) and he needs to sell the team and enjoy what is left of his golden years. Sometimes, I don't think that he knows what decade he is in. In order for this team to succeed, changes need to be made. Remove Davis as owner and see how much easier it is for the personnel in Oakland to do their job. While the Raider nation was talking about firing Lane Kiffin, they should be talking about when will Al Davis sell this team. Players and coaches will be able to work in a better environment if he is no longer associated with the team.
