Even T.J. Says Trade Chad

"T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Chad Johnson's confidant, said Thursday that if his fellow Bengals wide receiver isn't traded, Johnson's going to be a problem and a potential distraction to the team. Houshmandzadeh said it might be best, in spite of the salary cap hit, if the Bengals granted Johnson's wish to be traded. "If he's not traded, he's going to be a problem," Houshmandzadeh said. "

Come on Eagles make the move!

Brand, O'Neal, or Smith?

Ed Snider said that in the offseason that they don't want to sign a superstar so I think that rules out Brand and O'Neal, but Josh Smith is a restricted Free Agent and the Atlanta Hawks already have a young power forward in Al Horford so they can get rid of Smith to free cap. The Atlanta Hawks can match any offer that a team makes to Smith but the Hawks haven't been such an aggressive team the last two years.

Next Penn State Great out for 2008 Season

On Friday April 11th Penn Sate linebacker Sean Lee injured his right knee seriously in practice blitzing the quarterback. He was carted off the field. Sean Lee was hoping to keep the tradition alive at Linebacker U trying to break the tackles record presently owned by Dan Connor.

Sixers Are Not to be Stopped

The sixers are now 12th in the Power Rankings, the Sixers are 19-5 in there last 24 games and are rolling past the top teams in the East and the West including Detriot, Boston, Orlando, and Phoenix. The Sixers are sitting in the 6th seed only 1/2 games back of Washington and 3 games back of Cleveland. The Sixers could still get the 4th seed in the East and could have home court advantage in the East. The Sixers can matchup pretty well against the Cavaliers and the Cavs have been a so-so teams in the last couple weeks.

Could Kevin Jones Return Home?

A Cardinal O'Hara great Kevin Jones could return back to Philadelphia. The Detriot Lions realeased him he has been in contact with the Eagles. The Eagles could get a good running back out of Kevin Jones in 2004 was a 1,000 yard rusher and still only 25. This move would benefit the Eagles because when Westbrook needs a break on 3rd down you can put in a Kevin Jones and still move the offense down the field.

Cardinals in Trouble

With the Cardinals still working with Larry Fitzgerald, the teams in there division are getting much better by the minute. Here are some of the key moves by the teams in there division.

49ers: Isaac Bruce, Justin Smith, Allen Russom, Deshuan Foster

Rams: Josh Brown, Jacob Bell, Anthony Becht

Seahawks: T.J. Duckett, Julius Jones, Marcus Trufant(Franchise Tag)

Cardinals: Travis LaBoy

With all the teams in there division getting better like the 49ers and the Seahawks the Cardinals are falling behind fast. The Cardinals made one good move in signing Travis LaBoy from Tennessee. The Cardinals need to free up some cap space and move on from the Larry Fitzgerald situation. The Cardinals wouldn't even be able to sign any draft picks and if a game were to be played today the wouldn't even be able to play in it(do not have enough players on the roster) according the ESPN's NFL ananlysis Mark Clayton. Is it time to move with what you got and get a Wideout in the draft. Or, do you sign Fitzgerald and hurt the team for the next 5 years. Your call?

With Tapeh gone who is Next?

With Tapeh gone the Eagles are in need of a Fullback. The only Fullback on the Eagles roster is Jason Davis a 2-year veteren from Illionios. Some key fullbacks that are Free-Agents right now are Jason Finn a former Giant, Dan Krieder a former Steeler, and Leonard Weaver a former Seahawk (Restricted Free- Agent). The best option for the Eagles would be Dan Krieder a proven veteran (8 year pro). If you can sign him for a 2 year deal, then they would be set.

Eagles want a Number 1 reciever

The Eagles have reportly been talk to there teams for three potiential trades all including there number one wide reciever.

The Cardnials have said they are close the terms with Larry Fitzgerald but with Fitzgerald sign for big money then other wideout Aquen Boldin has complain for a new contract ultimately the Eagles are a early front runner for Fitzgerald.

The Detriot Lions a have also been talking to the Eagles in regards for Roy Williams the reports have said that the Lions are interested in Eagles D.E. Darren Howard so with the Eagles willingness to get rid of Sheppard and Howard this proposes a big question. Would they be willing to give up there 1st round draft pick.

The Rams are a potential suiter for the Eagles with a low asking price for Torry Holt the Eagles may being willing to give the 7 time Pro-bowler a chance to prove himself.

Fitzgerald to Eagles Rumors

The Reports are all over the place the Eagles offered Sheppard and a 2nd rounder for Fitzgerald. The Eagles are going to have to through in there 1st round draft pick in the mix. The only negative side of this is that the Eagles are really not wilingly to give up there 1st round draft pick especially not two years in a row. The Eagles most likely will not come out with Fitzgerald.
