Well Norm Chow has beenfired. I believe if the Raider's can and they should, hire him. Norm and Lane both are from USC, so this should be interesting. Norm if hired can work with Jamarcus and help develope, and help with draft pick's. Lane couldn't fire Ryan, but maybe Al will let hire a new offensive mind. We'll see.

For the Raiders's to have success on the field, they need to do these thing's.

1 upcoming draft. Draft a wide receiver with speed, and who want's to play.

2 Draft or sign a DE, who can get to the Quarterback.

3 Start JaMarcus Russell, and Micheal Bush

4 Get innovative play calling.

With these thing's done the Raider's will success sooner rather than later.

Oh also get some ol's too.

According to Adam Schefter Lamont Jordan asked for his release. But Al Davis may hold off, because the Chief's will surly pick him up. So look for the Raider's to release him at season's end.
