Diary:

After learning for five days, I finally have 3 three days for Mid-Autumn Festival. That sounds great.

But I'm sure that I don't have time to have a good rest because of the homework. That sounds terrible.

I need to relax & take it easy. At least I can sleep well.

Culture:

Let me tell you something about Mid-Autumn Festival:

The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August.

A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.

On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.

At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together.

It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.

Chris Paul

Chris Paul is one of the best players in NBA. The video not only tell us how well he played but also tell us how much happiness he brings to us. Let watch the video and have a good rest. Just remember it is good for us to laugh everyday.

August 31, 2008 - US Open

As one might have suspected, James' match with friend Mardy Fish was a bit of an awkward affair- for the crowd and the players. But it was clear that Mardy was the better player on this night though, dominating with his serve and doing a good job at attacking James' second serve. The final score was 6-3, 6-3, 7-6(4).

USA network joined the match a game into the proceedings, and James was already down a break. He got it back, but immediately went down another break to lose 6-3.

James got only one break point opportunity in the second, also losing 6-3. James was down another break in the third and Mardy was attempting to serve out the match at 5-4, but nerves got hold of him, and the two battled to a tie-break.

After going up 4-2 in the breaker, Mardy reeled off five points in a row to take the match and move onto the fourth round for the first time ever at the Open. He gets Monfils next.

So a tough Open for James, one in which it never appeared he was totally locked in to his game.

Even though the result of the tournament can not be pleased for himself and his fans. But I think he still did all he can for the match at least. And that is enough. Maybe he needs some time to have rest. After having finished the tournament which represented his country, he had to flighted to the USA to prepare the US Open. I know it is so tired that few person can bear. He needs applause.

I just want to say, keep the confidence and trust tomorrow will be better !

Start

Yesterday I read James Blake's Blog on this net. He told us about his experience in Beijing. Maybe that time he had both happiness and sadness.

Actually, I didn't want to write something in the blog at frist. I just wanted to use the ID to read some players' blogs and then left some comments. But after read JB's Blog, I changed my idea. I have a Chinese Blog on Baidu. That maybe just write to my classmates. Sometimes I write some funny thing to take down our friendship, Sometimes I copy some passages from other website to show who is my favourite player and what is my favourite sports and even to tell others what is my life that I work at my utmost.

This Blog is write to myself. A few friends know that.

This passage is a start of something new.

At last I want to say, I'm not a native speaker so maybe I will make some grammar mistakes. If you find out, please point out. I will try my best to avoid that.

Thanks
