Family of Nancy Benoit Loses Lawsuit vs. Hustler Over Nude Photos

A U.S. District Court judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against Hustler by the family of Nancy Benoit, the wife of Chris Benoit who was murdered by the WWE wrestler last year. The lawsuit was over the magazine publishing nude photos of Nancy that were taken 25 years ago.

That's sick! The poor woman is dead and they are trying to capitalize on it!! If she were still alive, you know they wouldn't publish thise pictures! This is a sick world we live in.
