– WWE has submitted the results of their annual vote on business manners to the SEC. The board of directors were re-approved as Vince McMahon, Stuart U. Goldfarb, Patricia A. Gottesman, David Kenin, Joseph H. Perkins, Frank A. Riddick, III, Jeffrey R. Speed, Kevin Dunn and Basil V. DeVito, Jr. The company’s performance goals, employee stock purchase plan, auditing company and Executive Compensation plan were also re-approved.
