Thanks to Ranjit Chahal for his help with some of the following newsbits: – In March, Rosita tried out for WWE, but no signing was announced. It is believed that the company didn’t move forward with things because they were occupied with WrestleMania 29. With the new developmental training center being launched, the company is said to be interested in signing a lot of people, so Rosita could still be picked up this summer. – WWE was rumored to be calling Bray Wyatt up from developmental shortly after Wrestlemania 29. However, it appears that those plans were placed on hold as management scrambled to put together the card for Extreme Rules after the departure of The Rock. Wyatt and a couple of other NXT performers are still expected to be called up soon. – Since Wade Barrett is receiving a warm reception from the European crowd, Justin Gabriel was forced to turn heel during a WWE live event. When the match started, both sides stuck to their traditional role. However, they adapted halfway through the match to the crowd reaction, and Gabriel finished the match as the heel. – Here is the latest edition of WZR Radio featuring myself (Ryan Clark) and Matt Boone. This week, we give you the latest on The Rock’s issues with WWE and why he was blatantly lying during a recent interview where he said he notified WWE he was flying home after WrestleMania. Why is he lying? What does he have to gain from it? Get the absolute latest. We address The Rock story a little bit in hour number one and then really break it down in hour number two around 1:24:00. We also talk about why Rosa Mendes was sent home from the European tour and whether she’ll be fired in the coming weeks. Also, will there be main roster cuts coming after the European tour? Check out the latest on all of this + a RAW recap below. WZR Radio airs LIVE every Tuesday night from 8-10EST.
