TNA Wrestling president Dixie Carter announced Tuesday on Twitter that Vince Russo has parted ways with the organization.
She writes, “TNA and Vince Russo have mutually parted ways as of this week. The separation is amicable and professional. We are glad for the opportunity to have worked together and wish each other nothing but good luck and success in the future.”
As previously reported, Russo was not at Sunday’s Against All Odds nor last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings, sparking rumors of his departure from the organization.

There have been no changes in direction now that Vince Russo has disappeared. Some of the Impact scripts were tweaked on Monday, which is normal, but TNA is still going forward with the creative plans that were originally put in place last October.
