PWInsider.com are reporting that WWE Smackdown superstar Matt Hardy has been sent home from WWE’s tour in Europe, due to a concern about Hardy’s condition on the European tour. Hardy worked last night’s 9/11 show in Minehead, England, losing to WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler, so it is strange that had something occured beforehand that he would wrestle on the night.
Whatever has led to Hardy been sent home early from the European tour follows the concern from WWE officials at last week’s WWE House Show in White Plains, NY. Hardy was scheduled to team up with his good friend R-Truth to face the team of Luke Gallows and CM Punk, however PWInsider.com also note that Hardy left the house show event following a talk with WWE officials and did not return, thus he did not work the house show event that night.
