Spirit Squad. Sports Illustrated Features UCF Spirit Program
UCF fans should head to newsstands starting Jan. 30 as the Knights' spirit program will be featured in a full-page ad in the latest edition of Sports Illustrated. The Black and Gold is highlighted thanks to their community outreach they provide every year, which totals at least 120 appearances throughout central Florida.

Spirit Squad. UCF ATHLETICS MOURNS THE LOSS OF FORMER CHEERLEADER KRISTAL JOHNSON
UCF Athletics would like to offer its deepest condolences to Yvonne and Howard Johnson, of Lutz, Florida, on the tragic loss of their daughter, Kristal, a standout cheerleader for UCF from 2003-06.

Spirit Squad. UCF Cheerleading Team Introduces its 2010-11 Squad
Tryouts were held this past weekend for the 2010-11 UCF cheerleading team, and a total of 14 women and 16 men were selected for next year's squad including 14 new members. Team members were evaluated on tumbling and partner stunting skills as well as a routine to the UCF Fight Song.
