The world already knows that LeBron James is a beast on the basketball court. The things that he can do out there--amazing to say the least.
To do what he does he has to be in tremendous shape. Apparently with the day off on Thursday he decided to get his pump on in the gym. of course he had to post a pic and tweet about it in the process.
