Former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder is officially a music artist. Who would’ve thought?

Wilder recently returned to the boxing ring, where he does his best work, and reminded the entire boxing world what he was capable of with a stunning KO against Robert Helenius.

You feel as though the American will go from strength to strength from here as he looks to tussle his way back into contention for the heavyweight world titles.

He isn’t banking on it, though. Wilder is adding strings to his bow in case this really is the swansong of his boxing career. He’s now dipped his toe into the music world.

The fearsome heavyweight has debuted with a track called ‘Everytime’, the music video of which, uploaded on Saturday, stars both himself and his partner.

We’d love to sit here and slate it, but if we’re being honest, it’s not actually that bad. We’re not sure if he has a prosperous future in music – but who knows?
